CornerStone Barbell is an elite fitness facility located in south Wichita. Cornerstone is a family-friendly gym with reasonable rates and certified coaches who care about the body-mind-spirit connection. Owner, John Daily, is a certified level II CrossFit Coach, certified USAW weightlifter, and referee for the National Pro Grid League.

We offer fitness classes geared to meet all personal fitness goals with caring, skilled, and certified trainers leading every class.
Kids are welcome to come and play in the kid’s area, members can relax in the lounge.

What do you offer for women and the 6am is the only FitCamp?
everything that we offer is for women and men alike.we will be adding more fit camp classes as the demand rises.

Is there a minimum age requirement for CST and other classes? I have a 12 year old young man that needs some structure and exercise/weight lifting in his life.
The age for class is 13. We hold family classes Tuesday and Thursday night though that would fit everyone.
What kind of equipment do you all have use . Looking for do incorporate strongman and some Olympic weightlifting in my training
Barbells, kettlebells, body weight, basicly all free weight.
Do people powerlifting there as well as the crossfit class?
Yes a few we are trying to grow the program.
Are members allowed to do their own workout/program or do they have to follow the one for the class?
